Sub Wizard — Privacy Policy

Sub Wizard is a client-side app. There is no backend server or database storing your data, and there are no user accounts.

What data Sub Wizard stores

All roster, rules, and game-day data you enter is stored locally on your device only (via browser local storage on web, or device storage on iOS/Android). This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.

What data Sub Wizard sends over the network

iOS: nothing is sent off your device. Your trial start date is read from Apple's own StoreKit records (AppTransaction) directly on-device. We do not collect, receive, or transmit any data from the iOS app.

Android only: a hashed version of your device's identifier (SSAID) is sent once to a server we control, solely to determine your free trial's start date. The identifier is hashed (SHA-256) before it ever leaves your device — we do not receive or store your device's raw identifier. This is used only for trial-period enforcement and is not used for advertising, analytics, or tracking.

In-app purchases

Purchases (the one-time "Full Unlock") are processed entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment information.

No analytics or advertising

Sub Wizard does not use any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
